1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using LeadScry, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

LeadScry is an AI-powered lead intelligence platform that scrapes publicly available web data, runs search queries, and uses large language models to generate lead analysis reports and personalised outreach suggestions. The service is provided free of charge.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use LeadScry only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • ×Use the service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual
  • ×Use the service to collect data for spam campaigns or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • ×Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the LeadScry platform itself, or reverse-engineer the API
  • ×Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute analysis outputs without permission
  • ×Use the service to process sensitive personal data (health, financial, or protected categories) without appropriate legal basis
  • ×Violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual property

LeadScry and its underlying technology are owned by OIBL Group. You retain ownership of your ICP profile and any custom data you input. The AI-generated analysis outputs are provided to you for your own use; we claim no ownership over them.

6. Disclaimers

LeadScry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any lead intelligence data. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OIBL Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of LeadScry — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed £100 in any 12-month period.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

9. Modifications to service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes where possible. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modifications.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
